J.E.T. Boston has been life changing for me. It's so much more than weight training and weight loss. It's a bigger picture. It's the experience of the team, no, the family. My personal experience in 3 months has been 13 pounds of weight loss...mostly body fat. It's how strong I feel when I'm done. It's learning to workout properly. It's having arthritis and not leaving there in pain. It's doing jumping jacks for the first time in years. It was so amazing, I cried. I had no idea that it would work my body and mind.
